Alex Tabakman
For over four decades, Alex Tabakman has been shaping the standard of modern barbering in Australia.
In 2006 Alex launched The Barber Club in Melbourne, Alex helped pioneer the modern premium barbershop model in Australia—focusing not just on haircuts, but on client experience and professionalism.
He is also the creator of Jukes Grooming, a men’s product line, and continues to influence the next generation of barbers through his leadership and legacy in the industry.
Alex has won numerous industry awards and been inducted into the AMBA Hall of Fame in 2026 for his decades of work within the barbering industry.

Jordan Tabakman
A second-generation barber, Jordan followed in the footsteps of his father, Alex Tabakman, and has built his reputation through high-level technical skill, strong personal branding, and a focus on premium client experience.
Today, Jordan plays a key role in expanding The Barber Club into a multi-location, lifestyle-driven brand both in Australia and internationally, with salons now located in Bali.
Beyond the shop floor, Jordan is known for his work with high-profile clients and athletes, regularly cutting the hair of stars such as Nick Kyrgios, Snoop Dog, Dusty Martin, Bobby Hill, and Virat Kohli. Alongside this, he is a lead educator for major grooming brands, travelling internationally to teach, perform at barber expos, and influence the next generation of barbers.
