The Barber Club Ringwood has built a strong reputation for quality barbering and exceptional customer service, including recognition for Best Customer Care at the 2026 Australian Modern Barber Awards.
We're looking for an experienced barber who is confident across modern and classic barbering, takes pride in their work and understands that a great client experience extends beyond the haircut itself. The successful applicant should be confident in skin fades, scissor work, modern and classic cuts, beard grooming and client consultations.

Experienced Barber - Gold Coast
The Barber Club Gold Coast is also looking for an experienced barber to join our team in Bundall.
Located at 1 Ashmore Road, Bundall, our Gold Coast store brings The Barber Club experience to Queensland, combining premium barbering with the energy and culture that has become synonymous with the brand.
We're looking for a barber with strong technical ability, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to work within a professional, fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a completely new location from the beginning and help establish The Barber Club experience in Deer Park.
The new store will bring together premium barbering, exceptional customer service and the distinctive Barber Club atmosphere, while our collaboration with LMCT+ adds another exciting dimension to the new location.

We're not only looking for barbers at Deer Park.
The Barber Club powered by LMCT+ is also looking for an experienced barista to join our new location.
Coffee and hospitality will form part of the overall customer experience at Deer Park, and we're looking for someone who can deliver quality coffee alongside the same welcoming, professional service we expect throughout The Barber Club.
Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, along with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work confidently in a busy environment.
